The 27th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP27) is an international conference organized by the United Nations, scheduled to take place from November 7 to 18, 2022, in Sharm El-Sheikh on the Red Sea coast in Egypt.
It will be the 27th Conference of the Parties (hence its acronym COP, for Conference of the Parties) and will bring together the countries that are signatories to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
